The deodorisation filters and the HEPA filter cannot be cleaned and reused – they must be replaced. The pre-filter is reusable (remove dust with a vacuum cleaner or clean it with water).
The HEPA filter must be changed every 6 months; the deodorisation filter must be replaced every 3 months. The pre-filter must be cleaned every 2 to 4 weeks. These frequencies are for daily use of 8 hours on speed 1 and may vary depending on the operating environment.

After following the instructions in the user manual for starting the appliance, make sure that your electrical socket is working by plugging another appliance. If it still does not work, do not try to dismantle or repair the appliance yourself, instead, take it to an approved repair centre
